Volunteer for our Annual Forum or the
ad hoc forum committee
Each year, phME hosts our the annual forum, gathering builders, designers, legislators, advocates, educators, code officers, and enthusiasts to discuss all things passive. We need volunteers to join our ad hoc forum committee and help to plan this large, multi-day event, as well as to work during the event itself. The forum spans multiple days and includes keynote talks, panel discussions, break-away seminars and workshops, as well as site walks and information from our vendor sponsors.

The forum happens each year in February. We’re already gearing up for Forum 12, which will take place Portland in 2025. Whether you’re interested in volunteering for the committee or the event itself, please email Dori@passivhausmaine.org, using the link below.
Seeking volunteers for our WindowDressers Community Build workshop
WindowDressers Community Builds bring together volunteers to build window inserts for homes in their communities, to help decrease heating expenses. We’re currently seeking both volunteers and customers for the upcoming November Community Build! If you would like to volunteer to help build inserts for your community, or are interested in receiving inserts for your home, please email Dori@passivhausMAINE.org for more information.
