Passive House Scaled Up

Passive house concepts were originally developed for larger residential and commercial buildings. Meet three developers who have defined their projects by aiming for passive house standardsi n affordable housing, market rate and mixed use buildings. CLT has been getting lots of attention in Maine lately. Be introduced to one group’s vision of grand scale CO2 sequestration and urban construction through the use of Maine produced CLT. Learn about the motivations, lessons learned and vision for the future.
